The city of sleep within you

Is calling me….

The garland of the night

Full of Traffic jam…..

Is covering me…

The dusk sets in just like it did earlier

The only difference being-You aren’t There….

I am reminded of my love…

Till the time the clouds of memories are pouring….

I cannot control myself any longer….

Till when can the kohl of the body wait???

Till when can the soul wait??

There is a thick layer of dew on the balcony….

Today when I stepped into my garden,

I felt an Eternal Tranquility descend into me.

I walked past the trees and shrubs

When My eyes caught the sight of a gown

Between the trees.I went to see who she was,

I was awestruck by her beauty;

For I saw a young elegant Lady

clad in the brightest hue of blue,

A summer breeze blew through her ebony hair,

Her Rosy cheeks and lustrous eyes were a reservoir of serenity

Leaning her graceful figure against a tree,

She looked at me with placidity,

Surprised as I was,asked her Identity.

With a soothing music in her voice

She answered-'I Am Peace'

Yet More astonished i said,

'But I have ne'er seen you before

In my garden,I stroll here every day?'

Her delicate lips widened into a tender smile

She said to me,

'I dwell here in this Garden

Every hour of the day

Nature whom you see around you,

Performing its duty in peace an Harmony,Is my Home

I am present in every part of Nature;

I direct Her on The Path Of Eternal peace.

Only a pure and calm mind can perceive me,

Only a mind Engrossed in divine Love can acquire me

Only a Heart detached from Earthly Hopes can be my Home

Till yesterday You were agitated and disturbed

But today your mind is Calm and unperturbed

Now its wide open to receive Divine's Love...

So You Have Seen Me At Last...

All I search in sunrise soft,

All I seek at Midnight prime,

are Restful hours of Breezy dusk;

and the sweet wilderness of time..

All I search in night-time shade,

And all that glistens in the Night sky bright,

In mellow wind and rainbow soft,

Lighting pearled Meadows of Night..

Life that leaves us miracles fine,

Or Heart that allures far away rain,

Peace to dwell in Mild sunshine,

And serenity to conquer night's domain.

All I wish from life is to wander,

In quest of peace and where it gleams,

Never to wane in Maddening Thought,

Forever to shine in Loveliest of dreams...
